Step-1 First of all, you have to come to the dashboard of Kaveri online portal, here you have to log in first.

Step-2 As soon as you login to this portal, you will see the option of marriage registration here. Where you have to choose any one of the following three HINDU MARRIAGE / SPECIAL MARRIAGE
(INTENDED MARRIAGE NOTICE) / SPECIAL MARRIAGE OF OTHER FORMS.

For example, here we are selecting the option of Hindu marriage, here you will need these documents to get the marriage registration done, which are being made available to you below.

Hindu Marriage

2MB size accompanying photograph of bride and groom should be scanned in pdf format for uploading and physically present in the office of Deputy Registrar concerned in 5 numbers.

Mention below as proof of age and address to present one should be scanned in pdf format to upload as a document.

As proof of age

• Birth certificate,
• School / College Transfer Letter,
• Passport,
• Driving license,
• PAN card.

As address proof

• Ration card,
• Passport,
• Epic card,
• Aadhaar card,

Now you have to select the Continue option.

Step-3 Now you have to check either the process of online or offline registration of Hindu marriage. Here we are choosing the online process.

Online Process:
To avail Hindu Marriage Certificate Online below steps to be followed:

1. Aadhar is mandatory for Bride, Bridegroom, and all three Witness for Online Process to avail Hindu Marriage Certificate .
2. On approval of document verification, Hindu marriage certificate will be issued.

Offline Process:
To avail Hindu Marriage Certificate Offline below steps to be followed:

1. In case of applicant does not have Aadhar for Bride, Bridegroom, and all three Witness, applicant should apply for Offline process.
2. Bride, Bridegroom, and all three Witness should be present on the appointment day in Sub Registrar Office.
